Are you 65 or over and live in Norfolk? Do you go online to access health care? Or do you prefer to talk to someone in-person at your GP surgery?
NHS Norfolk and Waveney & Health Watch are working to understand more about the ways people access health care and information. Their latest survey is focused on the NHS App which you can put onto your mobile phone or tablet. It will let you do various things including access your GP health record and test results, check on appointments, and get access to general medical information.
At the moment, lots of people aged over 65 are not using it and they are keen to find out more. Take part in their anonymous survey below to find out more about why you do, or don’t use it.
